Maximise Profits – Control Your Rebookings

One of the things any marketing expert will wax lyrical about is the need to get clients rebooking. It’s a very simple and effective method to maximise your profits. Let’s take a look at how you can do it…

Manage Your Diary

First of all, make sure you get clients to rebook for their next appointment before they leave. This helps you to manage your diary and see how busy and full you are for the next few weeks. This will help you to plan and feel more organised. Tell clients you don’t want them to miss out on an appointment when your diary is already looking busy for the weeks ahead – so best to book now.

Move Flexible Clients

Try to get flexible clients to fill space on quieter days, always offer these appointment slots first and leave the busy, easy to fill days free. If Claire always books in on Saturday afternoon but you know she works part-time try to move her to a weekday appointment and free up a sought after Saturday slot for your full-time workers.  Maximise profits by making your diary work for you.

Quiet Tuesday?

Some days of the week are much quieter than others. Offer a student/OAP discount on days like these or brand it ‘Reward Tuesday’ you could offer special reward points and incentives for treatments taken on this day. Retired clients and students can be much more flexible than most so incentivise them to take up these spaces. Keep notes on your clients and when they can be available, this will help you to plan and move clients around to make the most of your diary and maximise profits.
