Why Choose SkinBase? Training and Development

When you partner with SkinBase, you are choosing the highest level of training and development to further your career and make your business a success. Our commitment to your development begins on day one, therefore, there will always be a trainer on hand to offer you help and advice. Your training requirements will differ depending on the machine you have chosen. Whether you are introducing SkinBase Microdermabrasion, IPL or Collagen Lift to your business, on completion of your training you will be Certified by SkinBase and receive your “SkinBase Authorised Professional” lapel badge.

Qualifications

The free SkinBase Microdermabrasion training requires you to have entry-level qualifications. Get started with SkinBase! For our more experienced therapists, we have SkinBase Collagen Lift and Intense Pulsed Light. Please check with your insurer what qualifications they require before booking your training, this can vary. Every IPL clinic must also have one designated IPL Supervisor, and we provide the extra training required for this.

SkinBase Training

Your SkinBase training will take place with one of our qualified, experienced trainers. We understand how important it is for beauty therapists to know their machine and feel comfortable performing the treatment before seeing clients. Results can be greatly affected by how a therapist performs the treatment. Therefore, the SkinBase training involves a demonstration and allows time for trainees to become familiar with safely and effectively operating the system. We will also ensure you understand individual client’s skincare requirements, and the solutions required to meet their needs. Our SkinBase Therapists will always feel confident and ready to begin treatments when training is complete.

Practical Training

To ensure greater convenience for our SkinBase therapists, we offer practical training at various locations, with the opportunity to be trained in your own salon. We understand how valuable your time is, and want to remove any barriers to launching the SkinBase systems in your business.  You can also come to our SkinBase HQ training facility in Stoke-on-Trent for practical training.

Training Materials

We pride ourselves on providing the very best industry standard training for all our systems. Our high quality training materials will ensure everything is covered on the day of training. This way, new SkinBase therapists will be confident in their methods before treating clients. A full training manual will be at your disposal after your training day, and that is not all. Our dedicated team are on hand seven days a week to provide any support that is required post training. Find out more about the technical support available here.

If you want comprehensive, high quality training in Microdermabrasion, Radio-Frequency, or Intense Pulsed Light – partner with SkinBase now.
